The guide cites formatting a dictated email and drafting a letter (p. 13). Its example names the client. With Anoni, the name and contact details are replaced before the request, then put back on the draft.

Draft a letter to the client
This is the example in the IEJ guide: an appointment-cancellation letter that names the client. The name is replaced before the request to the AI, then restored on the draft.
Anoni is not an AI: it reduces what is sent, it does not make a cloud tool safer. Review the export.

Writing meeting minutes
The guide lists it among the uses of a generative AI (p. 13). From written notes, the office pseudonymizes the text before handing it to the AI. Anoni works on documents and text, not on a recording.
Checking the consistency of a draft deed
According to the guide, an AI that would draft a deed from the file does not exist: it would produce a different one each time. It can serve for a consistency check (p. 14). The office then prepares a copy in which identities are replaced. The notary remains the sole author of the deed.
Querying a file, drawing a summary
The guide describes tools where you import your documents to summarize them, link them or ask questions (p. 16). Before the import, the document goes through Anoni: what reaches the tool is a prepared copy.
