ChatGPT Team promises not to train on our data. Is that enough?

No. The data still leaves the firm, and the provider becomes a processor you must oversee: contract, records, vigilance. The institute's notice targets the sending itself: no un-anonymized client data. Anonymized before it's sent, it no longer exposes anyone.

What exactly does the AI see?

Natural text where every sensitive value has been replaced by a believable fake. The AI works as usual; only you can restore the real data, from the encrypted vault on your machine.

What about payroll documents, payslips and DSN filings?
